"Initially, I called to get home owners insurance for a mobile home, and ended with me transferring my whole auto policy over from Allstate -- as well as getting that homeowners insurance! I spoke with Braden last week, because I had to find insurance for the hone we are purchasing but Hardin county is apparently extremely difficult when it comes to mobile homes. I called State Farm when a few people I work with were like "just give them a call and see, we have all of our stuff through them." Honestly, the professionalism as well as the information that I received is really what sold me (as well as those great rates!). I felt that Braden really, and truly, wanted me to completely understand everything he was saying. Even explaining things a few more times in different ways that I could understand wholly. Also, shout out to miss Taylor for calling and checking that I didn't need any further assistance with the app or if I had any other questions!"

"I've had the pleasure of working with Trey White to purchase life insurance policies for family members, which is typically a tough uncomfortable conversation to begin with. "I met Nikki and absolutely fell in love with her! I realized she did insurance and she got me the best rates. She is willing to answer any questions you may have! We have been shopping for months bc our current insurance was sky high. She was able to bundle life insurance and our auto AND STILL SAVE US MONEY. We were able to save over $250 a month! You will not be disappointed if you contact her.. let her at least give you a quote! Thank you STATE FARM!!"

"Got rate increase but it didn’t help me it only helped State Farm they Also told me that it was a corporate kind of deal too I’m not happy with the customer service at all no follow up at all my boat has been waiting to get fixed now for a month matter fact over a month I called them they told me to send the estimate to State Farm so I did two weeks went by didn’t ever hear anything call them back they said they needed pictures but I thought they had the estimate so they could get the pictures from the place that had my boat but that didn’t happen so I had toMake sure that they got the pictures two weeks went by never heard anything from no one finally I called back and they tell me they didn’t get the estimate that I sent to the claims department so I had to send that again next day I find out the claim was accepted and they were supposed to mail me a check on the 15th to take to the boat place well it’s the 22nd no check yet still waiting I had all I can take someI think I’ve been with Trey White for over 10 years or better no I think it’s time for a change"

As we discussed together over the phone last week, rates are in no way controlled at an agency level, though we are always happy to discuss your coverage and discounts to see if there are any changes you would like to make to alleviate the pressure on your budget as needed. Regarding your claim, I do know that my team member Ashleigh has followed up with you along the way, as this is our process with every claim filed in our office. Though we do not have claims authority to control that side of our company, we always try to make sure that open communication continues and do anything we can to make the process as smooth as we can. I do understand your concerns around these situations, but hope that you will consider the impact of scoring us for things that are outside the scope of our agency control. I also hope you will reconsider staying here with us, but should you make the decision to insure elsewhere, am grateful for the years spent together and would be happy to welcome you back if something changes in the future."
